Conflict Resolution

With more than 20 years’ experience in the public and voluntary sectors, I have initiated and developed projects involving the Police, Health Authorities, outdoor environments, schools and lesbian, gay and bisexual youth.

I provide creative training and facilitation. Working in a non-threatening and inclusive manner, participants are empowered to use and develop their knowledge and skills.  All courses are delivered according to the standards set out in the Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement in Non-Accredited Learning (RARPA) standard.

Training courses delivered:

• 1 & 2 day courses in Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution.

• 1 day course on Dealing with Stress.

• Bespoke courses of varying length tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.

Where required, Associates can be brought in to provide a range of content to a training event – including magic skills, management skills and outdoor activities.

Programmes can be created using aspects from different courses to address specific organisational needs.

The results include increased self-awareness; use of creative problem solving skills and  personalised action points, all delivered within a stimulating, challenging and enjoyable learning experience.
